Returns / Refunds
Your satisfaction is very important to me. Please contact me with any issues you may have with your order so we can discuss your options before sending your item back or posting a negative review. If you feel you must return an item, simply email me within 3 days of your package arrival. Include your name, order number and expected return date (within 7 days). Please try to return your item in its original packaging or the same type of packaging.
I can only accept custom or personalized order returns if they arrive not as ordered, damaged or If I made a mistake on your order. I will remake and ship it at no cost to you.
I can only accept returns of vinyl decals that have not yet been used and still have the transfer paper attached. Please follow attachment directions completely and precisely as I am not responsible for damaged decals that are not attached correctly and cannot accept these as a return.
I also suggest you return the item with an insured carrier. I cannot be responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of the item being returned.
You are responsible for shipping the item back if you are returning it for any reason accept for orders that I have made a mistake on or damaged items. In this case I will pay for your return shipping. Or I may ask you to simply toss it away and I will resend the item as it was ordered.
